Tartufo:  An elevated twist on our beloved Classico, the Tartufo Salami is expertly crafted from premium cuts of pork and then hand-rolled in aromatic black summer truffle zest. Each slice offers a rich, savory flavor, perfectly balanced by the earthy, luxurious essence of truffle. Whether paired with cheeses, folded into pastas, or enjoyed on its own, this salami transforms any bite into a true gourmet experience. 

Habanero: This savory salami delivers a full-bodied, unapologetic heat that will tantalize your senses. Unlike ordinary spicy meats that rely on artificial additives, we meticulously blend whole habanero peppers with fresh garlic to create a flavor profile that is both intensely hot and remarkably well-balanced.

Vesuvio:  Chunks of hand-cut Aged Provolone Cheese — expertly paired with a blend of red pepper, cayenne, and coarsely ground local pork, creating a flavorful and aromatic combination that is rich and savory.  

Finocchiona:  Our Finocchiona Salami is crafted using high-quality cuts of pork, expertly seasoned with aromatic fennel seeds and a blend of robust black peppercorns. The flavor profile is rich and complex, with the sweet, licorice-like notes of fennel perfectly complementing the savory depth of the meat.
