
San Giuseppe Salami Co. began when Giacomo recognized a demand for Italian specialties in the Carolinas. After moving from New York to North Carolina, there weren't many places to find the authentic flavors of back home. This led Giacomo to open an Italian market where he started making his own cured meats in the back of the store. His cured salami and homemade deli meats quickly gained popularity!
As demand grew, Giacomo expanded his operations and established the San Giuseppe Salami Co. brand in 2007.
San Giuseppe Salami Co. continues to produce a variety of cured meats and deli favorites using traditional recipes and craftsmanship. We are committed to sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients for all our products. We craft our salami and deli meats without MSG, BHA, or BHT, focusing instead on traditional preparation methods and simple, thoughtfully chosen ingredients. By avoiding unnecessary additives, we remain true to time-honored techniques that highlight the natural flavor and quality of our meats.
